Handy little introduction. I used it as a supplement to youtube videos and sites like Yoga Journal, and I don't think it really stands alone as more than an introduction, but if you're a little curious about yoga, it isn't too expensive or scary. It's available free (or very cheap, anyway) on the app store for iPod Touch, etc, too.
