This book and DVD package describes the theory and technique of reflexology and introduces a new alternative approach to the practice of reflexology (Integrative Reflexology).

The technique has been developed by the author over more than 30 years of teaching and practising the subject.

She has received a life time award from the AMTA for developing the technique and for the contribution she has made to massage therapy.

Reflexology is know to be highly effective but there has been little research in the field so there is little documented "evidence" to support its use.

Where such evidence it exists it will be referenced by the author.
