Review by TPauSilver
The Art of Happiness is a book by an American psychologist, detailing his meetings with the Dalai Lama in which they talk about happiness and the ways to achieve it. Cutler relays what the Dalai Lama said then ties it into modern psychological theories and backs it up with evidence, such as it is. It's a very peaceful books and succeeds in making happiness sound like a thing that's achievable for all people, just by training yourself to be compassionate, patient and resilient.
