This is one of the books that began to change to my life. I recommend it to anyone open to it. It was the first book that began a change in my self. Eckhart Tolle provides a self help book without the self help. It has opened my eyes to the functions of the ego and has pulled many of my actions in my conscious mind, which is the first step in changing. It's a powerful book with principles that are so commonly over looked.

Good, but The Power of Now is better.
