Oct 8, 2013I got to use this book as a tool into understanding the mechanism of a meeting environment.

It helps getting through the dynamics of formal or informal meetings and I liked how the author takes note of each one of the elements (list making, agenda, position, and attitude) and explains the basics.

In the end, if you're a firm believer that timing is everything, you get to see examples of how to manage it.

Good reading material.5.0 out of 5 stars. Sep 2013. Every manager should read this book...I found Ms. Hood's "How To" book to be remarkably well organized and insightful...All in all an accessible, useful resource.5.0 out of 5 stars.
