Loved this when I was 19 and in Uni. But then I was 19 and spent most of my days out of my head and Tank Girl and Booga were good companions. I tried re-reading this last year at the age of 34 and felt all grown up and middle aged as it didn’t quite hit the same spots. The artwork is still excellent though and its still a million times better than the film. I would be interested to see if it still works with teenagers today.

I would have liked to see a little more Tank Girl and a little less of the authors. I'm giving them the benefit of a doubt that they were making fun of the various "the creator gets sucked into the comic book" but they did it a little too much. Just didn't like this collection as much.
