Description

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility.

When I heard of the death of Mr. Isaac Marsden, I felt that the Church of Christ had lost a faithful and devoted servant, and I had lost a personal friend.

I resolved that he should not go down to the grave 'unwept, unhonoured, and unsung so I wrote a series of papers describing my own impressions of him, sketch ing a few interesting features of his work, and giving a few examples of his marvellous success.
