The book features recipes from The Clink, a restaurant run out of a women's prison, as well as Chef's Table and Joseph Benjaminin, fine dining restaurants in Chester, Harthill Cookery School and Mrs Darlington Preserves, which is stocked throughout the UK but calls Cheshire home.

From family butchers and local cheese suppliers to luxury liqueurs and earth-friendly food found at The Garden in Hale, all tastes are catered for and any home cook will find something to try and enjoy.
