Research on Training and Composition, Paperback / softback Book

Research on Training and Composition Paperback / softback

Paperback / softback

Description

The book is the result of my Master's dissertation in Theatre that investigates the training within the Performing Arts, for the technical and artistic development that aims at the potentialization and expansion of the actions of the vocal body of the scenic artist.

The question is to investigate the possibilities of improvisation, of creation in conscious becoming, in suspension, in the search for a Body without Organs inspired by Antonin Artaud.

The research was done in laboratory with the support of Somatic Education (Feldenkrais Method), Dance (Classical Ballet), Vocal Technique (Singing), Autoethnography and Cartography as research methodologies.

The Phenomenological Reduction (epoche) is approached as a research methodology in the composition of scores that involve the expansion of actions and the release of the automatisms of the vocal body of the scenic artist in the composition and construction of a poetics.
