Don't Get Mad Get Wise : Why No One Ever Makes You Angry! Paperback

4 out of 5 (1 rating)

We all get angry, and perhaps never before in the history of the world has there been so much anger, resentment and peace-lessness in the hearts of men and women. And perhaps never before has there been so little forgiveness.

There is a journey we all need to make, from anger, to peace, to forgiveness.

Anger always destroys, peace always restores, and forgiveness always heals.

This little book explains the journey, the steps you can take to make it happen for you.

It comes from a spiritual perspective, because losing our anger entirely means a more profound change in our lives than re-directing it or adopting quick-fix techniques.

There is a truth about anger, and it is simple. And in your heart you already know it. This will help you remember.

Review by

Don't Get Mad Get WiseThe Journey from Anger to Peace to ForgivenessWhy No One Ever Makes You Angry...Ever!by Mike GeorgeI am in love with this book. Mike George is well known for telling it like it is, in a straightforward, gentle but honest style, and he has done it again. This time he helps us to walk through a BIGGIE, anger. I have a lot of experience working on myself and helping others and I truly believe that anger is one of the most destructive forces against serenity that I can think of, and I feel so grateful to Mike for putting it out there plain as day for us to deal with. He has truly exposed the animal, where it lives and how it grows, and in simple easy to follow directions that make sense and can lead to powerful and complete release. I especially love the way he dispelled the myths about peace and helped me to see deep inside, what I already knew anyway. I also loved all the pictures and doodles throughout the book, they helped to break up the intensity and gave me something nice to focus on. I feel this is a must read for anyone dealing with anger issues, which mainly means most of us. Thanks Mike, you've done it again.Love & Light,Riki Frahmann
