Description

Phil Karlson directs this 1950s film noir starring Ginger Rogers, Edward G.

Robinson and Brian Keith. The film follows District Attorney Lloyd Hallett (Robinson) as he attempts to convince convict Sherry Conley (Rogers) to testify against gangster Benjamin Costain (Lorne Greene) in exchange for her freedom.

Detective Vince Striker (Keith) leads the team tasked with protecting Conley, while Costain does everything in his power to prevent her from testifying.
