Description

Alain Cavalier directs this French-language psychological drama set against a backdrop of political upheaval.

Jean-Louis Trintignant stars as Clement, an affluent right-wing activist married to aspiring actress Anne (Romy Schneider).

When Clement is betrayed by a comrade, he and Anne seek refuge in the home of his friend Paul (Henri Serre), and Clement determines to find the man who betrayed him and wreak his revenge.
