The original novel has been adapted by Nicholas Briggs, an actor and director well known for his role on BBC's Doctor Who, voicing many monsters including the dreaded Daleks!
Star Richard Armitage is best known for appearances in BBC1's hit series Spooks, and Peter Jackson's The Hobbit films.
