Description

Surreal Czechoslovakian drama directed by Juraj Jakubisko.

The film follows three adult orphans, Martha (Magda Vásáryová), Andrej (Philippe Avron), and Yorick (Jirí Sýkora), who live together in an abandoned and dilapidated church building.

Faced with a difficult existence in a war-torn country, the trio adopt a careless and childlike outlook on life to combat the despair they see all around them.

However, living in such close proximity means that it isn't long before emotions start getting in the way of their happy life...
