Mike Lastra directs this documentary exploring the history of the Portland nightclub Satyricon which played a key role in the development of a number of influential alternative bands.

Poison Idea, the Jackals and Napalm Beach are among the artists to have grown from the scene centred around the nightclub, which opened in 1983.

The documentary includes performance footage of key bands in action at the club as well as interviews with those involved in the scene.
