Description

Action horror directed by Nico Mastorakis. A mad scientist (Brion James) in league with a shadowy government agency contaminates the water supply of a small town with a mind-altering toxin which turns the inhabitants into murder-crazed maniacs.

When Sheriff Hanks (George Kennedy) and his deputy and daughter Julia (Kimberly Ross) run into visitors Reilly (Bo Hopkins) and Ken (Wings Hauser), seemingly the only sane people left in town, they unite to get to the source of the madness.

With no way of communicating with the outside world, the team are forced to fight their way out if they are to have any hope of survival.
