This is the first cookbook that I ever reviewed and this one is only because I'm a huge fan of Jillian Michaels. This book has some interesting information in the beginning, including the kinds of food that helps different things that go on with your body. There are plenty of recipes from fish, main dishes, snacks and desserts. I've tried quite a few and they really are delicious. Even my 8 year-old daughter likes them! I'd definitely recommend this book to others who are interested in getting good food when they are trying new stuff to eat healthier!

Looking forward to trying Jillian's recipes, I made five this past week: Tomato, Avacado & Cheddar Burrito, Chicken Salad with Red Grapes, Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli, Autumn Greens Soup, and Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins. Unfortunately, these were the worst burritos, chicken salad, stir-fry, soup, and muffins I have ever eaten in my life. I'm not exaggerating. The recipes sounded so good on paper, but were absolutely horrid. I'm sticking with Cooking Light. . .
