This is a good book. It has a clear purpose (to take care of what you have been given) and is written in a fun kid-friendly way. It is interesting not only for kids, but also for adults. I enjoyed the book and couldn't wait to read more Dr. Seuss books and I hope my students will feel the same way.

I really liked the Lorax. It was very sad because the Onceler cut down all of the forest and the animals had to leave. It teaches a lesson about saving mother nature and preserving our natural surroundings. This book is perfect for anyone that is learning to read because the language is simple and the story helps the reader to gain morals and value for other things in nature.

My favorite Dr. Seuss book ever!!!! What an important and relevant issue tackled with Seuss's usual creativity and playfulness!
