Description

When a man is beaten to death in a park in broad daylight, and the footage is caught on camera, the bystanders undergo major scrutiny as to why they did not intervene.

In particular, Caitlin Kramer (Kourtney Bell) suffers a moral crisis as she considers her own traumatic past.
