The Wandering Jew, Short stories from The Dark Side of the Dune, Paperback / softback Book

The Wandering Jew, Short stories from The Dark Side of the Dune Paperback / softback

Paperback / softback

Description

The legend of the Wandering Jew starts in Jerusalem, at almost the time of the Crucifixion itself, with Jesus telling Ahasverus to wait for his return. This story relates the first few days of life without death, when Ahasverus inadvertently gets involved with natural enemies of Christ, the moneylenders he threw out of Solomon's Temple.

All other stories are to do with Dubai – highlighting its laughable justice system and its lead role in human rights violations. These are standalone elements existing in Dune Devils, being stories that create background in that novel, without being part of the main narrative.

Reading this book will in no way be a spoiler for Dune Devils, which is a thriller, based on an ongoing credit card scam run by a number of banks.
