Daisy Magalit Rodriguez, MN,MPA,RN is a professional registered nurse with a wide range of experiences in clinical and supervisory hospital management, education, and leadership in professional nursing organizations. She received the "2011 Nurse Educator Excellence Award" by the Philippine Nurses Association of America and the "Outstanding Alumna Award" in 2015 from her alma mater, the University of the Philippines -School of Nursing. She is co-author of two book chapters on Philippine culture and two studies on Filipino health. She wrote close to twenty unpublished poems and recognized poet by the International Who's Who in Poetry.
