The CAREC Program is a partnership of 11 countries---Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Pakistan, the People's Republic of China, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan---to promote development and lead to accelerated growth and poverty reduction.
