Q: Why do you write?
A: For years, ideas and dreams have haunted my mind throughout my days. Always the daydreamer, I finally decided to put my thoughts into written form. Writing, for me, is a way to drive the demons from my mind, to find peace in my sleep. So, when you ask what writing is for me, I would say it is the mediator between the sleeping world and the hours I’m awake; the fidget spinner that keeps my mind sane.
Q: What books do you write?
A: Urban Fantasy Romance is my genre. Adult stories with a dark twist, that give me the freedom to create what, to some, may be unthinkable. I write dark stories with brooding characters who are deeply flawed. I don’t like protagonists who are too pure. I can’t find interest in anyone without a past. And the same must be true of my characters in my stories. The struggle for them is real. The romance is unrestrained. And the passion that they feel for whatever steals their attention, or steels their soul, should bleed across the page.
