Bob Dylan: Roads Rapidly Changing DVD

DVD

Description

Documentary examining Bob Dylan's role in the American folk revival from 1961-'65.

Having travelled from his native Minneapolis to New York in 1961, Dylan entered the emerging folk scene after meeting his idol Woody Guthrie and began playing clubs in the city's Greenwich Village.

Featuring archive footage and interviews with prominent artists and critics, the programme chronicles Dylan's involvement with the movement until the new electric scene of 1965 steered him in a different direction.
