  • Pork chops
  • Whole pork shoulders or pork bellies
  • Spare ribs
  • Celery stalks
  • Carrots (sliced thickly)


As a rule of thumb, the tougher the cut is, the slower cooking time it will need to get juicier and tender-the softer or smallest it is, the less cooking time it will need after setting this on.
