If you are interested in these illusions, this book is a good choice. With 88 images, it is a pretty good buy, and certainly enough to keep me entertained. The buyer should realize that some of these books duplicate others. They are black and white representations of the images in the back of the book, which can be helpful in learning to see these. There are a variety of 3D effects. In some cases, only part of the picture contains an image, which is compatible with the scene in the rest of the image, e.g., a mermaid in a picture looking out into water. Others have obvious images which become 3D (in the key, these are described as "no image"). Still more have images that have no context in the picture. This is a great "guest room book", i.e, the sort of book that is good for entertaining people who are in your house for a limited period of time, who wouldn't want to start a novel. I assume it would be a pretty good ice-breaker, as well.Beyond that, it's all in whether or not you like this kind of thing.
