Description
Third album from the French multi-instrumentalist, DJ, composer and TV presenter, which sees him team up with studio wizard Patchworks (aka Mr President, Voilàà Sound System, Da Break). 'Soleil Kréyol' translates as 'Creole Soul' and the album combines influences from the Caribbean, Africa and classic '70s soul. Special guests include Nigerian saxophonist/singer Seun Kuti (the son of Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti), French-Lebanese jazz trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf and French cellist and bassist Vincent Ségal.
