Description

Collection of three operas composed by Donizetti. 'L'elisir d'amore', recorded in Paris in 2006, stars Heidi Grant Murphy, Paul Groves, Ambrogio Maestri and Laurent Naouri.

Edward Gardner conducts the Paris Opera Orchestra and Chorus.

Evelino Pidò leads the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and the Chorus of the Grand Théâtre de Genève in a 2007 production of 'Don Pasquale' starring Patrizia Ciofi, Simone Alaimo and Norman Shankle. 'Le convenienze ed inconvenienze teatrali', performed in 2009 at the Teatro alla Scala, is conducted by Marco Guidarini with the cast including Jessica Pratt, Vincenzo Taormina, Simon Bailey and Christian Senn.
