A general summary of all the many different methods for tackling depression, including ADs, talking strategies, physical therapies, self-help methods and relaxation techniques. Nothing goundbreaking, but a useful summary. I have decided to call my depression "Pruneface" to cut it down to size and I have made enquiries into taking up Tai Chi.
