About the Expert
Having been in a long distance relationship more than once, I am all too familiar with the obstacles and concerns of everyone involved. Long distance relationships are something my family had to cope with as being part of a wave of the future. The ease of communication in the modern age also makes it easier to develop strong emotional attachment to people you can’t since. My behavior initially made my family confused when I began expressing myself through online communication and relationships. While I did not expect to find love, let alone fight for it as I did, it was worth it in the end to see it succeed.
