Description
Martha Coolidge directs this drama set during the outbreak of World War II.
Robert Pulaski (Leo Suter), a Catholic opera singer, and Rachel Rubin (Adelaide Clemens), a Jewish violinist, were rivals as children but now dream of performing on stage together.
Though Rachel's parents would prefer her to marry a Jewish man, the two are in love, but the German invasion of Poland tears them apart.
With Rachel and her family captured and sent to different concentration camps, Robert is determined to do whatever he must to find her.
The cast also includes Stephen Dorff, Connie Nielsen and Stellan Skarsgård.
