Structure. In the 2010s, the economy of Southern Africa included: services (42.9%), industry (25.8%), trade (15.1%), transportation (9.5%), construction (4.1%), and agriculture (2.7%).

Export and import. In the 2010s, the import was 3.6% higher than the export, the net import was equal to 1.1% of the GDP.

Consumption and reproduction. The attitude of reproduction to the consumption is not better than the global average, so the share of GDP in the world will not increase.
