Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood and Ashton Irwin formed the band in Australia in 2011, with humble beginnings covering other people's songs on YouTube.
It was an invitation from One Direction to be the support act on their Take Me Home 2013 world tour that saw the four young Aussies catapulted to stardom and fame.
The band released their debut single, 'She Looks So Perfect' in February 2014 and the wild ride to the top of the pops has seen the boys enjoy chart success in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom, with the single hitting #2 on the Billboard 200.
The world is intrigued by the pop-punk band that has been sending girls weak at the knees and creating catchy radio-friendly tunes.
