Sometimes God Speaks Yes! Really! He does! God speaks to me! Yes! I have heard the voice of God! No! I will not recant that statement. I am not a lunatic, a fanatic, or a heretic. I am an ordinary human who chooses to experience God fully and everywhere in every situation. I don't imagine him there; I feel him there. I don't conjure up his voice; I just listen for it and acknowledge it when it happens. As you read this book, you will see that sometimes his voice is that of a look of love in the eyes of a puppy or a deep silence that stirs the soul. It can be a knowing or understanding that can come from no other place than the place where God resides, or it can be a song that soothes a pain. I am not extraordinary; I just pay attention. When I was first given the mission of putting these stories together, I let fear get in my way. What if they think I'm crazy? What if they don't believe me? As I strung them together and realized that God used ordinary moments to reach out to me, to teach me, I realized that you too have probably had these same types of experiences and that you too may need to put them together and see them all in one place to realize the true extent of God's love for you and communication with you. I hope that the stories in this little book will help you understand God's methods of communication a little more and will take some of your doubts and put them to rest. Mostly I hope that it will help you see that yes, sometimes God speaks, and he will speak to all of us. You only need to closely watch, fully experience, and intentionally listen because... Yes, sometimes God speaks!
