This book is amazing. Lynda Fields really knows her stuff. I haven't done the exercises in the book yet but just having read it through has really given me a totally different outlook on life. I can't wait to do the exercises (not complicated) and go further with redefining my feelings about myself and others. Believe me, if you are low for whatever reason or even if you have had a life-long problem created by yourself or others then this book will show you how to overcome it. I intend to buy this book so I can loan it out to as many people who are interested. The world would be a much better place if this book was made compulsory reading for everyone. You can either go through the 'ten days to better self-esteem' route or tackle the chapters on an as and when basis. Whichever you do, this book will work. The chapters are easy to read, and the book very hard to put down.This is the only book I have ever read in any genre which I wholeheartedly award the full five stars in my library on Librarything.
