The Sisters Grimm : Magic and Other Misdemeanors Bk.5 Hardback
Illustrated by Peter Ferguson
With Granny distracted by Mayor Heart's campaign against the human residents of Ferryport Landing, Sabrina and Daphne Grimm are ready to tackle a case on their own: who is stealing the magical possessions of the most powerful Everafters in town?
Among the many suspects are "Puss in Boots" (now an exterminator), "Cinderella" (a radio relationship counsellor), "Sleeping Beauty" (owner of a coffee shop), and their old enemy, "Prince Charming".
One thing is for certain, the villain's plans mean a grim future for the Grimm's.

By the end of this book, things were getting pretty exciting. Sabrina and Daphne get some real insight into members of the Scarlet Hand, and the tables really start to turn in Ferryport Landing. This book was probably my favourite one since the first novel, and I’m hoping that the rest of the series continues to be as fun.

I'm not sure if I just wasn't in the proper mood or if I'm tiring of these tales, but the fifth installment of The Sisters Grimm just didn't do as much for me as the previous books in the series. It's not that I didn't enjoy it - it was a fun read. I just kept thinking 'Come on already.' It was exciting, and the storyline kept my interest. I guess I was hoping for a teensy bit of closure, and with this one I felt I got more unanswered questions instead. I'm still looking forward to book six, just perhaps not as much as I was looking forward to book five.
