This is an interesting read about using a Japanese diet to lose weight and to keep it off. It advocates smaller portion use, the norm in Japan, to try to keep yourself from eating too much and to only eat to 80% full. It only contains 35 recipies, so it's more of a life changing book than a true diet book.
