The Outbreak of Covid-19 : A Medical Worker's Journal in the Heart of Italy's Pandemic Paperback / softback

Paperback / softback

Description

The Year 2020 began like any other year.  Soon, however, there was a report in the news of a strange new virus affecting China.  By January 20th, the US had it's first confirmed case of the Coronavirus and by January 31st, Italy had declared a national emergency.  Overnight, the world as we knew it changed, as people quarantined in their homes, and businesses came to a halt.  This is the journal of a medical worker's time in a Christian humanitarian aid hospital in Cremona, Italy during the peak of COVID-19.  This journal also includes contributions from doctors and nurses who served in Italy and NYC during this unprecedented time.

It is written from a Christian perspective by medical personnel who served during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Special thanks to Dr. Mark Agness, Dr. Peter Kwan, Dr. Michael Post, Dr. Bob Spencer, Katie Kunnen, Taylor Pitkin, Barb Rash and Shannon Wood for their contributions in the recording of this historical event and for their remarkable service in places all over the world.
