Description
Australian drama based on the Port Arthur massacre in Tasmania in April 1996.
Nitram (Caleb Landry Jones) lives with his mother (Judy Davis) and father (Anthony LaPaglia), isolated and angry.
His parents are conflicted about how to deal with his difficult behaviour, which began in childhood.
He becomes friends with his neighbour Helen (Essie Davis), a wealthy heiress, but their friendship ends tragically.
Spiralling out of control, Nitram commits a horrific act of violence.
