In order for your chaffle to turn out perfectly every time, there are some very important tips you need to follow. Here are a few of them:

*     Make sure that you use enough oil or butter for sauteing vegetables if you choose to add any.

*     Make sure that you don't overfill your muffin tins because you want it to be thick enough.

*     Wait a good 10 minutes or so before removing it from the oven. This allows it to cook and solidify more. I would also recommend that you let it sit for a good 5 minutes before trying to slice them up. It's very hot!

*     Chaffles are best when eaten fresh! If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge and reheat for 30 seconds or so in the microwave.
