Ramadan Poems Written by Homeschooled Children, Paperback / softback Book

Ramadan Poems Written by Homeschooled Children Paperback / softback

Paperback / softback

Description

As we know, Ramadan is a sacred month for Muslims. We fast from sunrise to sunset and spend the day performing as many good deeds, voluntary prayers and Qur'an reading as possible. The evenings are busy with breaking our fasts and rushing back to the mosques in order to pray some more.

We then end this special month with a joyful celebration called Eid al-Fitr.

This book of poems is a compilation of poems that were composed during the month of Ramadan, by our local community of homeschooled children - with a touch of help from their parents. The poems offer a wonderful insight into each child's individual experience and feelings during this blessed month.

We hope to take you on a spiritual journey through our poetry collection.

Enjoy!
