An excellent book about the art of Non-Violent Communication a concept. I found it more helpful than Marshall Rosenberg's book as it started with the premiss that 1st we need to work on our own internal communication with ourselves and others. For anyone who struggles with our cultures way of communicating and the strife it causes us and those we talk too.

I particularly love the theme of Compassionate Communication and therefore giving us Empathic & Nonviolent Communication (NVC) clues around 12 efficient strategies! Useless to say how this would be useful over Personal and Professional situations. Being Genuine is really nice book for people wanted to act instead of react ... And potentially wanted to focus on NVC and get rid of judgmental style of communication. Avoiding occasions of expense by cultivating peace! Sunday, Oct 7 - 2012
