PZL.23 Karas, Paperback / softback Book

PZL.23 Karas Paperback / softback

Illustrated by Karolina Holda

Part of the Orange series

Paperback / softback

Description

The illustrated history of Poland's World War II Army co-operation aircraft and attack bomber in 1939.

The P.23 Karas ('crucian carp') was flung into action against the German ground forces and the Luftwaffe.

This is the revised and updated edition of the book originally published in 2004 and it remains the only English language book about this historic aircraft - the first from any country to oppose the might of Germany's Luftwaffe in 1939.

The book features 1/72 scale plans of all versions, photographs and drawings from pre-war technical manuals, rare b+w period photographs and superb colour illustrations of camouflage and markings.
