Description
In accordance with Article 102 of the Charter and the relevant General Assembly Resolutions, every treaty and international agreement registered or filed and recorded with the Secretariat since 1946 is published in the United Nations Treaty Series.
At present, the collection includes about 30,000 treaties reproduced in their authentic languages, together with translations into English and French, as necessary.
The Treaty Series, where treaties are published in the chronological order of registration, also provides details about their subsequent history (i.e., participation in a treaty, reservations, amendments, termination, etc.).
Comprehensive Indices covering 50-volume-lots are published separately.
A Standing Order service is available for the Series and out-of-print volumes are available on microfiche. Conformement a l'article 102 de la Charte et aux resolutions pertinentes de l'Assemblee generale, tous les traites et accords internationaux enregistres ou classes aupres du Secretariat depuis 1946 sont publies dans le Recueil des traites.
A l'heure actuelle, la collection comprend environ 30.000 traites reproduits dans leur langue d'origine, avec des traductions en anglais et en francais, si necessaire.
Le Recueil des traites, dans lequel les traites sont publies dans l'ordre chronologique de leur enregistrement, propose egalement des details sur les changements ulterieurs (par exemple, participation a un traite, reservations, modifications, resiliation, etc.) Des index complets couvrant 50 volumes a la fois sont publies separement.
Un service de commande permanente est disponible pour la serie et les volumes epuises sont disponibles sur microfiches.
