Description

Simon Emmett directs this documentary following British rock band The Darkness as they prepare to make a comeback to the music scene.

After rising to success with their single 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love', their award-winning debut album 'Permission to Land' (2003) was certified quadruple platinum.

Only three years later, the group disbanded in 2006 due to personal issues affecting singer Justin Hawkins.

In 2011, The Darkness made a tentative comeback, playing small venues across the UK and restoring the relationships within the band.

The film features previously unseen footage and exclusive interviews with the band which chronicle their journey over the last two decades.
