William Wan is General Secretary of the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), a non-government, non-profit organisation, a registered charity and an Institution of Public Character that executes public education programs aimed at cultivating kindness and graciousness in Singaporean society. William is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, a Justice of the Peace, and a certified mediator.
