ColoingByKitty : The Art of Feeling Hardback

Hardback

Description

Sometimes simply stating what you're feeling is not enough.

In order for emotions to move through us freely, they must be accepted and expressed.

We wanted to create a coloring book that would allow you to release stress in a healthy way.

Take your pencils, markers or whatever art supply you like and express emotions and feelings that we all are familiar with.

Inspiration, sadness, love, safety, hope, sorrow, delight, compassion.

We all has ever experienced these feelings; express it your way by coloring the pictures the way you feel it. Or you can have fun choosing pictures randomly and trying to guess while coloring: what feelings matches to the pictures.

Do it any way you want, just relax and let your creativity flow.

We want you to remember that it's okay to feel! Art is all about self-expression, so let the art be emblematic of you. And this coloring book "The Art of Feeling" is created to help you with that.

Happy coloring! This book contains 20 greyscale coloring pages and 2 colored illustrations by artists that can be used as a reference.

Each page is one-sided. We recommend using pencils, soft pastel, it is not suitable for wet media such as watercolors.

However, if you are using markers use sheet of card under the page you are coloring so it won`t bleed through.

Page size is a large 8 x 10 inches high quality paper (105 GSM).

Some of these illustrations are highly detailed while others are a bit less complicated.
