He came to Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1998 to launch the Center for Transformational Leadership.
He is presently Lead Faculty for the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership, and Professor of Ministry Leadership at Bethel Seminary. Mark and Dawnelle reside in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
They have two grown children, David (married to Abby) and Kirsten.
