Description

Double bill of features from Czech film-maker Vera Chytilová. 'Something Different' (1963) follows the lives of frustrated housewife Vera (Vera Uzelacová) and gymnast Eva (Eva Bosáková).

While Vera struggles to get her husband to appreciate her and the work she does, Eva contends with a gruelling training schedule as she prepares to participate in her last competition. 'A Bagful of Fleas' (1962) depicts a young girl's rebellion against those in charge of her all-girl school dormitory.
