Description

Collection of four sci-fi action adventures starring Vin Diesel.

In 'Pitch Black' (2000) technical problems force the spaceship Hunter-Gratzner to crash-land on a distant planet.

The ship's 40 passengers were heading for other worlds and only ten have managed to survive, but one of them, Riddick (Diesel), is an armed and dangerous convict determined to take control of events.

The planet at first seems barren, with no evidence of water or living creatures, but when the sun sets the survivors discover they have the planet's terrifying nightlife to contend with.

In 'The Chronicles of Riddick' (2004), in an attempt to evade a gang of mercenaries, Riddick escapes to the distant planet of Helion - only to find himself caught in the middle of a violent and bloody intergalactic conflict between two opposing forces: the Elementals, led by Aereon (Judi Dench) and the Necromongers, led by the bloodthirsty Lord Marshal (Colm Feore). 'The Chronicles of Riddick - Dark Fury' (2004) follows Riddick (voice of Diesel) after he has escaped from captivity on an eclipsing planet and, along with his companions Jack and Imam (Rhiana Griffith and Keith David), finds himself in confrontation with an inter-galactic bounty hunter.

Can his death-defying combat skills and incredible night vision help to free him from the evil mercenaries?

Finally, in 'Riddick' (2013), after being betrayed and left for dead by those he once led, Riddick must fight for his life against alien predators on a barren and dangerous planet.

In order to continue his quest of returning to his home planet of Furya and saving his people from destruction he activates an emergency beacon which alerts two ships to his presence, but when the ships' crews appear they soon realise they have become pawns in Riddick's plot for revenge...
